Joao Felix is very keen on a surprise return to Chelsea, reports claim.
The Blues have entered into shock talks over a potential Stamford Bridge comeback for the Portuguese forward after a £34.5m deal to sign Atletico Madrid forward Samu Omorodion sensationally collapsed at the 11th hour last night.
According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Felix has already said yes to returning to the club where he spent six months on loan at the start of 2023.
Romano adds that this is a crucial factor to the Conor Gallagher to Atleti deal, though the Julian Alvarez signing is said to be unaffected with the Argentine striker having now penned his contract and undergone a medical with an £82m switch from Manchester City set to be formally completed.
